Air Balancing

Ducts

Differences in temperature in areas of the same home or business are caused by an imbalance in conditioned air distribution. Air balancing is often a solution in maintaining a uniform temperature throughout your home or business. Insufficient insulation and low quality ductwork may also be sources of temperature differences. Providing a constant climate in all living spaces will allow your air conditioning unit to operate at optimal efficiency.

Detecting Refrigerant Leaks

By inserting a dye into the air conditioning refrigeration system and using ultra violet light, refrigerant leaks can be detected in the condenser or evaporator. This method provides our technicians with visual indicators of sources of leaks that may be putting your cooling equipment at risk, lowering its efficiency and raising costs of operation.

Heat Pump System

With the rising cost of electricity and in cases which natural gas is inaccessible, a practical alternative would be the use of Heat Pumps. By installing a Heat Pump System, one can use the same equipment used for cooling in an inverted manner to heat their home or business. Ductless Split System

A ductless split system is an option that provides the versatility of a window unit without the need to tolerate noise, high energy consumption and a sacrifice of elegance. This system is perfect for additions, gardening rooms, garages, and locations where ducts are unwanted or impossible to install.

Energy Conservation

Energy Conservation

Many homes are plagued with improper ductwork and insulation. Improvements in energy consumption can be made by correcting areas of inefficiency in your air conditioning equipment. Proper design and installation of ductwork is vital in getting the most out of your system while appropriate amounts insulation will help maintain the desired environment of your home or business and increase the quality and efficiency of operation.

R22 - R410A Change

Initiatives enforced by the EPA have called for the phase out of R22, the leading refrigerant in air conditioning systems for over four decades. This action has been made to minimize the damaging effects R22 has had on the ozone layer. In compliance with regulation, production of R22 compatible equipment has ended, and costs have gradually risen to encourage the use of
R410A refrigerant and R410 compatible equipment. For more information on the phase out, please Click Here.
